WHO WE ARE
Hunger Happens is an organization created to start conversations with individuals in our communities that often go unnoticed. Imagine not being able to vent about your difficult day or being able to choose what food you want to eat. Hunger and homelessness touch so many in our community. No family or person is immune to the struggles of life. We want you to acknowledge those in need, something as little as listening and responding is a reminder that they are human and that they are not alone. At Hunger Happens we are accomplishing this goal by going to shelters and transitional homes to share a quality meal and converse with those mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers.
